"Decent selection, but depends on what you’re looking for"
The pod selection is okay overall, but it really depends on the brands you like. I found a few options that worked for me, but some of the ones I usually buy weren’t available. Could definitely use a bit more variety.

I went in thinking the prices would be a lot cheaper than elsewhere, so my expectations were probably a bit high. They’re definitely fair, and I did save a little, but it wasn’t always the cheapest option I found

"Shipping was honestly quick"
I ordered from ecigaretteempire.com and, the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info not long after placing the order, and the package arrived in good condition. Yeah, it showed up one day later than the estimate, but I don’t really think that’s a huge deal. Overall, it was still a solid experience, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I was starting to worry because most places were sold out of my coils, and I really didn’t want to be stuck without them. Luckily, ecigaretteempire had them in stock. I placed my order fast, everything was simple, and there was no hassle at all

"Discount code didn’t work"
I remember the promo clearly saying 20% off, but when I got to checkout, the discount never actually applied. I tried a couple of times and it still didn’t show up, so it was frustrating

"Pretty easy experience overall"
I was checking on an order and kind of expected it to take a while, since that’s usually how these things go. I had a small question and sent it over, then went about my day, but they actually got back to me sooner than I thought.
The response was clear and sounded like a real person, not one of those generic copy-paste replies. In the end everything was sorted out without any back and forth or hassle, so I was happy with the experience and would use ecigaretteempire.com again.

"Packed really well, just a bit of a struggle to open"
The packaging was solid. The box showed up in good shape, not crushed or all banged up, which I always appreciate... especially when you’re not sure how stuff is going to be handled in transit.
Everything inside had enough padding and nothing seemed loose or damaged. So yeah, no complaints there. It felt like they actually took the time to pack it properly, which is nice.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it was packed well, but wow... there may have been a little more tape than necessary. Took me a minute to get into it, but I guess I’d rather deal with that than open up a smashed order.

Customer service was just kind of okay. The replies took longer than I expected, which was frustrating, but they did end up helping me in the end. I don’t know, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t leave me feeling especially good about it either.

"Return process was more frustrating than I expected"
The order itself was totally fine, but trying to return it ended up being a pain. I had to reach out more than once, and half the time I wasn’t really sure what the next step was or if I was supposed to wait for something from them. The refund also took longer than I expected. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but the return process felt slow and unclear, so I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

I ordered a few vape juices and coils from E-Cigarette Empire, and to be fair, everything showed up exactly how I selected it. The flavors, nicotine strength, and coil type were all right, which is the main thing I care about with this kind of order.
The only annoying part was the packing slip was hard to read, so I had to sit there and double-check everything more than I wanted to. Shipping also took a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of frustrating. Still, the order itself was accurate, so I’d probably use them again.

"Seems legit to me"
seems legit to me. The vape showed up sealed, looked original, and nothing felt off when I opened it. I checked the code just to be sure and it matched, so that was a relief. Only reason I’m taking off a star is the shipping was kind of slow, which was a little annoying, but other than that everything was fine.

"Easy enough to use, honestly"
I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to move around, pages loaded without any weird delays, and I found what I was looking for without getting lost. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. Then suddenly, boom, the filters got a little annoying. I had to click around more than I expected to narrow things down. Not a huge deal, though. Overall, it worked well and I’d use it again.
